In English we have started the book tomorrow when the war began. I am up to chapter 12.We have chapter questions along with reading the chapters.I am infront of where we should be, which im glad of becuas usually im behind and don't finish them off.
The book I chose for wide reading is 'No ones child'. It is a real story of a boy growing up as an orphan.He was abused.He had an awful up bringing, which led to him being in jail, ruing relationships and work.He got in with thet wrong croud. He had tattooes,he was drinking and stealing. However eventually he finds God and becomes an avangelist to lots of young kids on teh streets, like he was, using the Ministry bus. It was a really intense book but it hink it was goood to learn about this sort of things because they do happen in the world! I now have to find another source eg, book, song, poem, that relates in some way to the book I s\chose.I then have to write a report about it, along side with 2 other sheets, we havnt heen giveny yet.
