PDHPE

    Today we had prac PDHPE, in period 1. I had an operation these holidays on my nose and so i cant play sport for two weeks.
    However, we are playing soccer for half the term and dance for the other half. I am happy because i like both these sports.

  2. WEDNESDAY:
    Period 4 was theory lesson. we got given a task last term and so we are continuing on with that. The task is o do with The Biggest Loser and how to avoid getting fat. We are in groups and have to put information we find , presented in a way to inform and help people.In my group there is me, Alyssa, Leon Li, Mitchell wall,Oliver Barton and Ben Porfiri. In today lesson we have decided that Oliver will do a website, using the information he has collected.Leon and Mitchel are doing a 4 week exercise regieme and me and Alyssa are doing a 4 week eating regieme. Ben is doing the title page.

So for the last couple weeks in sport we have been continuing on with soccer.I scored a goal a couple lessons ago, it was such a fluke.I was around halfway down the field and I just kicked it.None of the opposite team were really down that side ecept jonathan.he tried to get it but tripped over himself and it rolled in slowly!!! Everyone was laughing and smiling at how much of afluke iti was.

    On Saturday (its now Monday), I was piggy baking Rachel Westraad and I fell over.I twisted my ankle and so I had the day off school today and went to the doctor. He said I have torn some of the fibres in my ankle ligiment.So im off sport for a week.

  5. In PDHPE theory class we have been continuing in with our groupu assessment. Alyssa and I are doing our groups Nutrition diary for 4 weeks. Alysa was away last leson and she had the calorie counter on her phone, which is how we decid what food to include so we dontgo over our calory count. I wasn't able to do much that lesson because she ewas away.
    We have decide that in our diray for 5 days of the week you can 4000 calories and and 2 days a week 60000 calories.It lasts for 4 weeks and includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, snacks and treats.` It is due week 6.
